The recipes of the dishes represented are all original except the classic ones (for example tortellini in brodo) which, however, have been revisited and made more constructively evolved
They are the result of a long gastronomic experience gained in the search for foods rooted in the territory that originated them.
The images that follow are works of the painter Nina Carpi from Robbio Lomellina, created by reprising the dishes made.
There are ethical foods and aesthetic foods. A dish must stimulate emotions, ignite the memory, arouse well-being and it is not a wonder in itself.
